Matt Osada spent his formative years in western North Carolina. After graduating from TC Roberson High, he went on to North Carolina State University in Raleigh were he earned Summa Cum-Laude degrees in both Civil and Environmental Engineering.

Our team is led by owner Matt Osada and his 20 plus years of quality construction experience. Matt is a firm believer in using local and sustainable materials whenever possible and was an early promoter locally of Green building practices. Having lived in Western North Carolina since childhood, Matt has an established relationship with the regions best vendors and producers. He insists upon a hands-on approach to each facet of every project.
